Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Half-Time (20 hours/week)

Pegasus Legal Services for Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the rights of New Mexico’s children. We’re looking to add a half-time (20 hours/week) Administrative Assistant to our team. This is a job with heavy client phone contact and high use of technology such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Gmail. Office work and/or nonprofit work experience are highly preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.

The salary for this part-time position begins at $18,720 annually ($18/hour).
Due to COVID, our offices are essentially closed to the public. The person in this position will have very limited in-person interaction with clients. Our staff are 100% vaccinated. We are continuing to wear masks in the shared spaces of our office and at a minimum we will follow the guidelines set by the state. As the pandemic situation evolves, our policies will evolve.
